Review my workout please.

Are you just starting out?
If so, half of those exercises will be pointless at the moment.

Go read the sticky (if you havent already) get a feel for the main exercises that you should include (chins/lat pull, squat, deadlift, shoulder press, bench/dips) and then the assitance work.

What are you training for?
Are you aware how hard a 4 day split can be especially when done 4 days in a row?

Thanks for the reply.

Been on and off weights but this is the first time I've put together a full body workout.

I've lost 2 stone since I started running in May and am currently 16 stone 10 lbs.

I'm back on weights to help me lose weight but the long term goal will be to build muscle.

If you wouldn't mind a suggestion...

As you have some experience, how about look at something like HIT. This would burn the fat, keep to full body workout and also go some way to building strength and building a bit of muscle.

Could be perfect for you :]

Sounds good :)

I already do HIT when I run but how would I implement HIT into weight training? You mean high reps through a circuit of exercises as opposed to low reps/hiigh weight?

I have a Powertec rack/bench, olympic set, barbell and dumbells available at home.

im not 100% sure on this but i think HIT and HIIT are different? I know HIIT is for cardio, periods of steady cardio interspersed with all-out sections. But i would say HIT would be applicable to weights. My interperetation would be reduced rest periods moderate reps very close to failure, moderate sets. But best look it up for something more specific, i dont really follow set routines anymore :D
