Review of the VR Lens Lab, vr-lens.eu, and WIDMOvr Prescription Lens Adaptors

isnt it just the eyeglasses with your prescription lenses? You pop the lenses out and put them in the frame you 3d printed? Im guessing.

It's very important if you buy spectacles just so you can remove the lenses that you mark the lenses so you can tell which way is up. Modern lenses have an orientation (this is especially important if you have astigmatism). If you remove the lenses from the specs and put them in the VR lens holder at the wrong orientation then you will get blurry vision.

Very interested to see how you get on with this though :)
Have got the 3D printed lens thingy and am awaiting on the specs from Zennie.
Was at my opticians today for my annual test and turns out no change but whilst there I asked if they could give me a quote for sticking lenses in the adapter thing. When the British thing kicked in, rather than can do or will see what we can do it was oh dear that looks complex, will need to speak to the guys in the lab etc etc. But I am going to drop off a lens adapter and they will see if they can make lens for them and give me a price.

I asked at my opticians if they did 'harry potter' style spectacles, but unfortunately they didn't have anything suitable. They seemed a bit confused when I said I needed them for a VR headset! They did give me my IPD though, and I used that to order the WidmoVR lenses which are excellent.
