You would have to send them a mail, along with your motherboard specs, and BIOS revision. If enough complain, then they may work on a fix.
That's exactly the problem. According to the guy I was speaking to I am the only one experiencing these problems! I have however pointed him towards these and other forums displaying similar issues.
It could mean a BIOS update is needed by the motherboard manufacturers or perhaps a firmware flash from QPAD. The issue certainly seems isolated to UEFI bios though as I have had it working fine in 2 other mainboards that do not use UEFI.
They have passed my comments on to the tech department. Again, I'll post back when I get an update but in the meantime please feel free to report your own issues. The more problems are reported the quicker they might be able to fix it!

Yeah, I told them of my woes. Dunno who's gonna get the buck. Motherboard manufacturers or Qpad.

Heard anything on this from QPAD as I also have the same issue of a non-responsive keyboard until into windows.
I currently have a 2nd keyboard handy incase I need to get into the bios.
