Revision techniques

I condense the notes down into bullet points on two sides of A4 and use these as triggers to recall more information. Then the three Rs (Read, recite, repeat) and anything I can't remember, I just read over again and again. Oh, and saying it out loud helps an ton as well.

Apparently your brain learns better in 20 minute chunks cause after a while you just stop taking new stuff in. So I go for 20 minutes, break for a couple of minutes and go back to it.

Served me well during my exams before Xmas.
 
WOW! Pomodoro, thanks Chaos...I'm hooked! Simple yet so effective! Bought the app off the app store and managed to get quite a bit of work done in the past hour that I wouldn't have done otherwise! :O

At first the ticking is distracting, but it serves a good purpose! :D
