US: Revolution

My prediction for the next episode (series) is that I think it's pretty obvious the power has to go back off. Why, to stop the nukes, and then the militia or something will prevent it from coming back on. (or do we assume the nukes went off as they guy mentions to the president that he was successful)

Where do you go now with it otherwise, more science fiction and less civil war stuff, which I'd love.

Also why be so patriotic as to blow off your own head, I didn't get that, and I know this is being a bit pedantic, but the scene where everything came back online was a little silly. All electricity generation would have failed and only batteries would work (however they would probably be drained too)

Just an FYI guys.

No need to panic about there not being anything decent to watch now the season has finished....

Only person in that room who could turn self-destruct the nukes.
No-one else can access it.

Yeah but they were in the room that controlled the nanobots. All they have to do is turn the power off and then maybe the nukes can't ignite their firing sequence!

Killing yourself isn't going to make sure the nukes work, when your in a sealed room, just wait and see, and then be alive too. :D

That would be so obvious if they did that! Hopefully they will find a more creative way!

Watching the last episodes just now, having a wee laugh at the ZOMG dont turn it on it could kill us all.....

Did this not pass through their ultra clever minds when they were developing the weapon in the first place

And of course the lights just come back on, power stations must have been running all along wasting resources.......never heard of a black start!

I liked the concept of the show but its poorly scripted, poor acting and in the end downright poo

Ha, I would stake good money on it being that. Then it keeps the general theme of the series and make it just as simple to make. I'd imagine a nuked society would be a very different story.

Gus Fring wants the electricity to stay off, and he's right outside the door. They stop the nukes, by restarting the nanobots and then he enters and stops them from puttying the electricity back on.
Obvious storyline tbh

Arrgh... I keep catching episode's and think I'll give it 10 more mins.. I'm never going to get those 10 mins back am I?

It really is pish... Ah well won't be long before Falling Skies is back, 16th I think.

I watched this from start to finish a while ago and overall I really enjoyed it. Yes the acting isn't great and their are plot holes but I can switch off to that stuff and still enjoy the show. Looking forward to a second season!
