RF or Bluetooth Keyboard

Will be to control a PC in another room to the keyboard. PC will be 5m away and have 2 walls between the keyboard and tower.

Which would be better?

Well RF will let you down and bluetooth can be a bit flakey, for some reason my logitech Dinovo Edge is really flakey on the bluetooth as if its on RF been really annoying. Yet one i had years ago worked perfectly via bluetooth, it even installed a bluetooth stack.

The new logitech kit doesnt seem to.

Bluetooth is still your best bet though.

Maybe use a USB extension and then connect the dongle? Might give you better range?
