Richmond sausages are awful but I really don't like sausages where the filling is pureed to a fine mush like they are.
We get our sausages from the butcher near my in laws house. The sausages are made in house and there's quite a few varities to choose from. We go for the free range saugages, I forget the quoted meat content but it's north of 95% and they taste great, nice texture too. Cheap too, we buy 2.5kg at a time (we split them into 6's and freeze) which costs £12. A bit of a bargain.
