Well I do find him Funny in The Office, not belly laughs but it's just nice to watch and laugh every so often, however live he isn't so funny.
I found peter kay the same, Never liked his stand up comedy but Pheonix Nights is awesome and his other acts (except for the awful x factor thing which wasn't funny at all).
