try saying the alphabet out loud until you find a three letter word that only has 2 different letters and is spelt the same backwards as forwards

LOL im usually a bit dim for this kinda stuff but I sussed out the next level now im a little hooked

Rules of the riddle say nothing can travel faster than the speed of light, including wormholes or quantum tunnelling.
