Riddle Puzzle Game ( Brain will hurt )

Yeah I've worked out what the numbers mean now :) I've worked out that "It's in! ACK! Row, NIMH!" but I think I'm stuck on the title now. I've got a sentence in my head but it doesn't really make sense... can't work out the significance of the captials...

The significance of the capital letters will completely rearrange the sentence to give you a letter to concentrate on :)

Eh, level 15 is the same as 14, you sure you just didn't notice that you did 15 :confused:

no never saw anything which said your on level 15. I have been back and retraced my steps but can`t see level 15 anywhere on screen?
 
Looks like i have skipped level 15 somehow but no idea how that happened?
There must be some sort of bug in it ,it should not let you jump levels?

If you guess the correct URL you could skip them all if you wanted. Pointless though.

i am stuck on level 45, was hoping for a hint unless i am going miles off, lots of talk about false paths, is level 45 got things in the title and "nope" ?

not really sure how to do this :(
