Ridge Racer 1 on any PSNs?

fancied playing the original ridge racer, from PS1 days, and wondered if it was on the PSN (UK/US/Other)

You could always buy it second hand and play it that way. Would cost you about the same.

It would be great if they brought an up to date ridge racer out with a unified laptime/racetime.

I remember playing it with my mates non stop for a whole weekend, just shaving a tenth here and there off until we literally could not go any faster.

It is not on EU/UK/US store cba to check Japan or HK store.
The game can be had second hand for £2 !! PSN games are £3.49.

I used to love upgrading the mini and when you got it to the final stage of tuning the engine would hang out the back

I can remember when playing the original ridge racer that I would always reset the game if I didn't beat the space invaders style game at the start. Otherwise I wouldn't get all the cars.
