I know it probably flies in the face of common sense but I'm leaning to giving them opportunity to fix and put it straight. See what they come back with.
There's almost nothing within a reasonable distance with the same look, class, spec, colour, shape and price boxes all ticked. It's a nice car to drive and would be more so without the obnoxious issues. Without those I'd a very happy customer.
Perhaps I just leave the vehicle with them for a week, then see what happens, and still have a week after that to take final action
