Bought a 256GB Surface Pro 3 just over 4 weeks ago - IN STORE at a shop that isn't OCUK.
I've been trying it and I'm not too happy with it. Some may be personal preference or me being fussy. Would any of my concerns entitle me to a refund? Or am I just meant to put up with it.

Issues:
- There is a colour banding issue on dark images / videos. Researched this and other people have same issue, due I believe to customised version of Intel Drivers specifically for Surface. Using standard intel drivers causes its own performance issues so there is no known fix!!!
- Battery life isn't good. Maybe 3 hours if watching videos. I'm sure its sold as about 8 hours?
- It gets hot if you watch videos / 720p youtube videos for more than an hour (fan starts going)
Is this enough to get a refund?
