I for one welcome the new font, Calibri looks **** and makes reading emails an eye sore. Hopefully Aptos will freshen things up.

Bierstadt aka Aptos top, Calibri bottom. This is on a 4K monitor scaled to 150%. In Outlook, font size 11.

Hi,

I require assistance.

I am currently awful and lazy and sick (as in ill, [as in poorly]) and I can't be bothered to do any more than the extremely limited brief look at that link, however I remain interested in seeing the actual fundamental difference between this new font and Calibri. Quick glance at the link didn't seem to show it and I'm all out of willpower to look at that page further.

Would anyone be so kind as to create a quick side by side comparison for me? I am more than aware that this post took more brainpower and physical effort to type than looking through the link, but I don't think I can muster up any more energy than I did in line 3. Oh I thought of a good analogy, it's a bit like when you're full of savoury food, but somehow find room for dessert.

Please help.

Consolas ftw. The only standard Windows font that makes sending passwords around on email acceptable.
