On a positive note, someone like Giger will have a much longer culturally significant impact then PG could ever hope to have, both in life and death!
This man was a profound inspiration for me all through my life, in my art, my work and my personality and view of the world itself. His beautiful, nightmarish visions affected me deeply in a positive and creative way. I can't express how sad I am to hear that he's no longer with us.

Went to the Giger museum in Gruyeres when I was living in Switzerland. It was incredible and often disturbing. His obsession with machine/humanoid crossover and penetration was dark. A fabulous imagination.
