So they were doing 100 mph - wasn't the crash in a 30 zone?
Both? Surely the driver is in control of the car?
Horrific list of injuries in the corronor report.
so passenger does less speed like?

If they're both dead how can you prove that the passenger didn't?
Reckless btw.![]()

No worries.
However, you DID actually mention the passenger too![]()

Sure the passenger has a say. However, if the driver in that car suddenly decides to put his foot down, well there isn't going to be much time to say something! None of us will really know.
What part of "we can only say for sure that the driver was a reckless, selfish idiot" don't you understand? Yes, I said the passenger could have been partly to blame if they did nothing to stop it, but I pretty much said that we couldn't prove if they did or didn't try to stop the driver.

In which case they are both selfish idiots.

read your own sentence again and put your brain in gear. Excuse the pun.[TW]Sponge;25595734 said:We will never know if Paul Walker actively tried to get the driver to slow down. But we do know that he lost his life, and calling him a selfish idiot is bang out of order, not knowing the facts.
I wonder if some of the people saying otherwise would afford the same kind of 'respect' if it was a couple of Citroen Saxo driving chavs killed doing 100mph through a built up 30mph zone in their own neighbourhood.

Those selfish idiots could have killed a pedestrian - you would have to be hopelessly naïve to believe 'racer' Walker was telling the driver to slow down.
Defending the indefensible.
The autopsy report is certainly interesting, never appreciated the detail they go into in these kind of accidents.
Sounds pretty much like Rodas' head split open like a melon upon impact - not the nicest of thoughts!
Where's this?
