I don't usually reply to these threads but I thought Sean Lock was an awesome comedian. I remember him with almost no hair and a very gravelly voice on 8 out of 10 Cats does Countdown a few years back and did wonder if he was ill. I was only watching some YouTube compilations from Cats does Countdown of Sean the other day as they always make me laugh.

Such a shame and terrible for his family.

Not a huge fan of 8 out of 10 Cats, but 15 Storeys High is one of my all time favourite comedy series.

Just watched it all again and can't help laughing. His pessimistic, almost deadpan delivery is just perfect

Had to do a double take when I saw his picture and the headline underneath on BBC news, really shocked me tbh, had no idea that he was ill.

Loved his style of comedy, he always seemed to steal the show for me.
