This a freeware windows program called FLV extract. Drop a downloaded FLV file on it and it will give you a mp3. Should be easily Google-able (I don't have a link with me for it)

oh i just wanted to ask a quick question about youtube...

i had a video taken down the other day. due to copyright infringement or something, thing is, some other guy had the exact same song, just a different background yet he didnt have it taken off, why is this?
