sad day really... Steve Irwin was one of the most fearless, courageous and compassionate people around.

the passion and love for his job and all animals he came into contact with was almost unreal.

He had him in between the croc and the baby, he would have been attacked first iof something was to happen. And from the other angle you would see they baby was in no harm.
