Rivatuner won't save overclock

Any ideas way Rivatuner won't save my overclock? Running GTX 275, 196.21 drivers and Windows X 64. Seemed to work fine in 32-bit windows but i can't get it to stick in windows 7. Basically i press apply and close it and when i go back into it its back to stock clocks. :confused:

Also, there si no slider for the shader clock either.

I think i may have just found my answer. looks like i need to install the 196.34beta drivers.

New in Version 196.34

•Fixed a bug with v196.21 that prohibited GPU overclocking
