RJ45 Cuff links

Well its ball time at University and I came apon a bit of a problem. I had not worn the only pair of cuff links that I had with my dinner jacket shirt and guess what, they didn't fit and I only found out 1 hour before I was due to leave.

So, the soloution I came up with was to make some Cuff Links from Cat 5e and RJ45 connectors crimpped onto the end !

Tiny lengths of Cat 5e and RJ45 connectors

Times two !

Crimped on and ready to rock.

Permanently attached !

So if your ever stuck for cuff links and only have network tools, you know what to do. Only problem being you can't remove them, and you realy need a second person to do the crimping.

These are actually from my 2003 Summer ball, never got round to posting the pics on here but my grad ball tonight reminded me. Have a video of my friend crimping me into my shirt, bit big to host though.

Guess the guy saw the pictures I showed other people a few years ago or has the same mind as me !
