RMA how does it work

For those of you who have had to RMA their goods, what is the process. I just received a RMA Confirmation email with out instructions on how to send it. do i just phone a random courier.

I popped down to my local post office or you can send it via a local courier.

You are best off posting in the customer support forum under the RMA section and we will be able to best assist.

All the details you need are included in an email that will have been sent with your RMA number in.
