RMA my WD 150gb raptor today

Anyone here RMA a WD drive direct back to WD in germany and know how long it takes before they get there harddrive or a replacement harddrive back ??

Reason for the RMA was that the drive keep shutting it self down mainly on boot up and it was failing the WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows harddrive tests..

Not sure how long it takes but i bilieve if you have a credit card they will send the new one first

Yeah, they will send you a replacement if you pay, otherwise it's about 3 to 4 weeks. I RMA'd one a couple of years ago, took a week to get there, a week in the depot and about a week back.

Thanks for the replys guys...

I thought about giving my credit card details to get one send out first..But knowing my luck,my drive would got lost somewhere or something and i have better things to do with my money right now...

I RMA'ed one of my Raptors last monday, got the confirmation of receipt and dispatch yesterday, and UPS say it's due to be delivered next Monday.
