RMA Query

Hey all,

My DFI SLI-D decided to pack in when my Enermax Liberty did. Going to RMA it but I have no proof of purchase. Have contacted OCUK and they can't find it on record (can't see me having bought it from anywhere else though). What are the chances of my RMA being successful without a proof of purchase?

Between Bob Hope and No Hope I'm thinking I just had a 6800gt leadtek die on me. I've also been redecorating all summer so everything has been packed up and moved around, couldn't find the receipt. Luckily when I called OCUK, they, like all companies keep all transactions over last 3 years (for tax purposes I think) and the geezer on the phone found my order and emailed me a RMA form. I'm looking forward to a shiny new 7600GT (get in there!)

If you have given OCUK your regular email and shipping address and they can't find it, you can't have ordered from here. Without a receipt, I'm not sure you'll get any joy from DFI.

7 Years by Law for Tax purposes, well company I work for keeps 7 years worth of transactions.

Having trawled through old bank statements I finally found the date of order and as soon as I gave them that they found the invoice no problem. Me thinks whoever I spoke to previously couldn't be bothered to trawl through all of my orders to find it
