RMA question

If I RMA for a refund, will I get refunded the full amount + the shipping fee? Or just for the product? Also, how long before I see the money back in my account:

If it's proven faulty then you can ask to claim back postage or you can ask for them to arrange a pick up costing you nothing. If you are returning it because you don't want it then you have to pay and if it's not faulty then you have to pay. It's written http://www.overclockers.co.uk/support.php

Posting your question in the Customer Service section of the forum would be the best option.

It is faulty, I am still deciding on whether or not to get a replacement or a refund. Its the XFX Core 850w psu. I am thinking about getting a refund and going for the modular version instead.
