Didn't really know where to put this but when you send back something becuase of RMA what delivery type do you use?

I don't feel right sending stuff worth £400+ in the post :/

Never sent anything worth that much but can I get that much insured while posting?

Get a courier to send it and get some insurance via them, it'll be much cheaper than the post, and they'll pick it up from you as well. Try parcel2go, or google search cheap courier services.

Did you ask whoever you're returning it to to pay the postage? They usually will.

If the item is faulty within 6 months the seller isn't allowed to inconvienice you with costs. But the insurance is your own problem.

It all depends on the item.

If you use a courier then you can claim off them if stuff arrives damaged etc. you have 28 days to claim from the courier.

You could ask the company if they will pick it up some companies will.

Well I have spoken to OcUK and they have stated that they will pay up to £20.

So I found a royal mail special next day delivery for £21.50 for compensation upto £500 which is the price of the items.

Thank you OcUK :)
