Hey guys,

I got a Corsair H60 which has been fab,Just one problem..i changed case and already the thread has gone on the radiator so 2 of the screws dont tighten up at all now.

It has a 5 year warranty and ive only had it since late Dec 2013..should i RMA it via OCUK or go directly to Corsair?

Appreciate the help. :)

Wouldn't that be considered user error?

How is it user error?..The thread and screws are low quality imo..shouldn't have gone like this just after one case move.

I've owned several different branded AIO coolers before and never had this problem when moving to diff rent cases etc they had all been fine.

@lurkio.Think il do that cheers.

Always ask OCUK since they are pretty friendly, but i assume it will be a burdensome RMA process with corsair.

id just get some different screws and bodge it

Nah i like things to be perfect,I don't do bodge. :p

Just creating a RMA with corsair now,Even in the options for why im creating an RMA they have the option "The Products Radiator mount holes are stripped"

So it must be a common problem for them to have listed this option.

I'd guess if the threads are crossed that would be user error, although corsair have a great warranty, it may be worth asking on thier support forum.

Alternatively, as cainer suggested it might be worth botching it if some of the screws are still good you could look at using some rubber/plastic anti vibration type push pins?

It is very common. They also have a forum where you can get specific advice on RMA's etc.

^ That's what I would do or get some self tappers. You are going to have to pay to send it to Holland which isn't going to be cheap. I know it's down to poor quality but if there is a easy fix I would rather do it myself than pay for shipping to another country.

Beware Corsair might want you to send it to the Netherlands like I am about to do with my second headset so its not cheap.

Yeah that's what i was afraid off,If they didn't have a place in the UK.

Not sure what to do then.

You should be able to get them to cover postage if you ask - my brother had to RMA his Vengeance to them, asked if they would cover postage and they sorted out a UPS prepaid label
