Stupid question, I bought a Steinberg Audio interface last summer and it's busted. I have no memory of where I got it from, and all my emails from back then have been deleted. Again, I know, stupid
I'm almost resigned to buying a new one but it's annoying when I know I've got a warranty out there somewhere.
I've emailed Steinberg for advice but I'm pretty sure they'll just tell me to take it to the retailer. Any non-flippant, non-condescending advice out there?
