So I bought myself the DFI 790FXB M2RSH formy new Phenom II and I've had nothing but problems from the start.
I'm at the end of my tether with this board and so far, that seems to be the only thing that's causing problems.
- The board won't reset when I enter the BIOS and do a "save and exit". It hangs on the "detecting IDE devices" code on the little LED's.
- It won't reset from a windows reset and hangs on the "detecting memory" error code. I've tried changing the BIOS to provide the 2.0V required by the memory although that's still hit and miss.
- The front panel audio connector has a hissing noise coming through the headphone jack although I think that's down to the graphics card.
- Sometimes when I turn it on, the LED's display an error code that isn't even in the book (BIOS corrupted?) and won't boot (Looks like Jc).
