I sent back my faulty mobo on saturday in time for the post, so ocuk should have got it today, how long does it take them to test it and send a replacement?

You should have gotten information in the email before you RMA'd.

Get in touch with the people doing the RMA, they are more likely to know than other people on the forum.
Sent a PSU Mon, tested Tues and I got a replacement on Weds. OcUK are usually very good with returns.
