How do you go about RMA'ing a Samsung HDD to Samsung.
I can not find any link on their site for RMA.
I got a 500GB HD that has about 30 errors on it. Put it throuigh HDD Regenerator and it keeps showing these errors. Reformated as well. It's only about 3 months old.
So if anyone has a link or UK address I will appreciate it.
