RMA'ing

Hi there,

I am RMA'ing a hard drive and i am just about to send my invoice from OCuk off so they can verify my drive...

Is there anything i should photoshop off the invoice.....i'd rather take as much off as possible but i dont know what needs to be left on?

Hi there,

What sort of packaging would i need....? I have the plastic case that came with the oem drive....?

Is that sufficient?

if not, as long as it has some kind of shock absorbing material around it (foam, bubble wrap, polystyrene chips - as long as its also in an antistatic bag)

Nope didn't get one of those, just a plastic form that goes around the hard drive?

Hi there,

I have been sent a replacement.

How do i go about properly setting up the drive.

Do I format then partition or can i straight partition?
