Got a £100 budget for a psu for a new build, looking at the rm750x or tx650m, any pros or cons to these?

RMx series is a better psu than the TXm series. Better quality internals and fully modular too. Take a look at the Superflower Leadex III series (I have the 750w) and Phanteks Amp series (Seasonic Focus Plus with a Phanteks badge on it) as well.
