Road Trip

So me and youngest fancy a road (well i do & she will have no choice ) trip to the most Northerly part of the UK, I will probably hit the East coast side as it`s more chilled but a extra hr from sunny Derbados so 11hrs in total, that's fine for a steady one way drive with a couple of breaks

Anyone done this and stayed up there for some hotel recomendations ?

I have done both NC500 and a route for drivers (which frankly with a wide fast car for much of it the NC500 isn't). I think I shared the route of the latter, it really is quite exceptional with the finest roads I have driven on in the UK and even anywhere. Hardly any traffic, proper testing and immense fun. The type of roads where you drive for 1 hour, turn around and drive it back so you can come back again. That good.

Will try and find the route maps.... tough my advice is go West, it is just better.
