Road Tripping in the USA!

I've always almost had a domestic brand car and IMHO it adds something to the trip. If I want to drive around in a Mercedes Benz I'll rent a car in Germany.

What about my interstate question peeps?

In the UK, when you enter the motorway slip road, you're supposed to speed up to match the speed of the traffic and merge seamlessly. But am I right in saying that you're supposed to give way on interstate on-ramps and even stop if the lane is too busy?

You're supposed to give way on UK sliproads too!? You have no right of way to just join the carriageway.

Just seems dirt cheap. Are there usually a load of add ons that you need to buy or bolt on insurance it's essentially mandatory that you purchase? If not, great!

The Mustang is a cheap car and 50 quid a day is expensive for car rental. I've paid less than that for a $100k AUD Audi Q7 in the past.

So 210 seems fine, if anything I would be disappointed to pay 200 quid for a car for only 4 days and get a Mustang.
