Road Wars

You'll find very few of them are VXR spec, the vast majority are the 3.2 V6 diesels.

My ex used to have a Veccy VXR and it was definitely a license loser. I found it quite good fun to drive, nice to feel so much power underfoot in what is usually classed as a rep-mobil. As said, it isn't fantastic on corners, Vxl could have done a lot better with it.

Only TVP's Astras are diesels (1.7s), their RPU cars (Omegas and Vectras, unmarked and marked) are petrol.

I don't think the cars can be that quick, as in one episode they were getting cained by an Audi A4, was a funny one actually they said "hmmm wonder what engine thats got? Lets give it a tug!" followed by "holy ****, look at it go, its getting away, its gone" lol

It was an Audi A8, if you're talking about the one with the female police driver.

The Audi A8 featured in that episode could have anything from a 3.0TDI to a 6 litre W12.

I don't think many traffic cars can outrin a 6 litre W12, do you?

Made a bit of a hairy overtake, on a 60mph road, car coming the other way (no i didnt hit them) had to pull in quickly.

It was a police camera car.

Please tell us which episode and the time it will be on :D

No, was the singlemost silly thing i have ever done!

I just hope that the people watching will see, and not do what i did.

At the end of the day, if i end up on national TV making a prat of myself, better to take it on the chin and learn from it, than hide away pretending it never happened!

I have taken my fine and my points, what else do you want me to do?

True, the majority of MPS' cars are diesel. Their BMWs are.

My younger bro is a Met Copper and is very disappointed in the BMW's, he says they seem to spend more time off the road than on it. I thought the beemers would be better for reliability than the Vxls purely going by reputation but apparently not in the area he polices.
