roadside jogging

man runs to catch food
man invents the car
man runs for pleasure

i hate jogging it makes me feel like wretching after 2K and bad for hours after. The feeling I get is akin to being on a rollercoaster. Anyone else get that?

With respect, if thats an issue for you, stop running in the road. The road is for cars not people with a tight fitting lycra fetish.
You've obviously never jogged with an attractive woman, if at all ;).

There was an experiment on the BBC measuring cycling vs driving in rush hour traffic and you get exposed to a hell of a lot more pollution in the car!

Where else would you suggest we cycle? Anyway being active far outweighs any possible health risks.

I don't wear Lycra neither! Well not visibly...

Only at the weekends when you are known as Suzie?

Not personally, if I try running too soon after I've eaten then I tend to feel a bit dodgy but that would apply with any sport I tried really.
