Roast Pork (my turn for a cooking thread)

Looks like a right yummy dinner.

I'm about to stuff my face with slow roasted chicken wings coated with Mad Dog 357 Extreme Wing sauce. Haven't had this sauce before, but have very high hopes on the pain-o-meter.

cant beat a good bit of pork, particularly with some roast veg. Might have to get some over the weekend to keep us going while fitting the new bathroom
