He will stay in regardless of what happens in the election unfortunately...

There are thousands of voters registered that don't exist, people are bribed, threatened and he even arrested the opposition leader a few days ago but let him go.

If the other guy win's I doubt the military or police will let him into the government buildings as they answer to Mugabe...

His is a corrupt government that controls everything including the voting, he will make sure he gets in.

B: deciding how even though he's lost how he can stay in power

I was going to give a serious answer about how the actual view count counter is set to update every X minutes so there can be a pretty significant delay while the poll will update instantly (or near enough) then I looked at the amount of votes cast.

Isn't it great - news stories with lines like "fears of Mugabe poll fraud rising" - maybe I'm just too cynical but I'd thought it was a foregone conclusion. I bet the man even cheated at his school sports day.
