I moved from a Copperhead to the Kone not too long ago and have no regrets.
I do not game on-line - gaming for me is very much an amateur pastime
My main reason for moving was the fact that the Razer did not 'fit' my hand as I would like and having tried, in a store ,a Kone mouse (without knowing what it was) was very impressed with its 'feel'. (it does 'fit' my hand
)
It was the 'feel' and 'fit' of the Kone which sold it to me- other reasons were very much secondary. (Would DEFINITELY recomend trying before you buy any mouse to see if it 'works' for you)
Other reasons :-
Pretty lights
Weights
Adjustability and memory to save
1st edition mouse wheel problem is I understand now fixed (been no problems with mine!!)
I have 2 'issues' :-
The price, and
the left mouse button doesn't 'click' more a slightly 'tinny'sound - it is a little variable which does not say much for the build quality
But overall pleased and happy - no intention of changing for some time yet
