Rock direct goes into Administration

I had a 665 before it fried itself and they replaced it with a 670.


The last 2 years should be safe as they are backed by insurance according to the administrators statement posted on their site:

Sounds vaguely promising on the warranty, I guess one would have to contact MS (Mobile Support) if there are problems?

Or just buy a Dell. ;) :rolleyes:

You were lucky there - there were lots of customers on their forums still waiting for replacements for the 7600Go. I'd been waiting for almost 2 months before I forced the issue and they replaced the 665 with a 670.

I seem to recall that Mobile Support were wholly owned by Rock?
