The problem with me is i'm that thing called 'massively inconsistent' and can be anywhere between Bronze and GC in any given game. I've just got back to C3 for the first time this season which is nice!

Well I played 6 games after a week off and am back in D3D3 :o Why am I so addicted to this stupid game :cry:
 
This is a weird question, but bear with me.

I'd like to play RL with a couple of good friends, but they get frustrated doing so, because I am a lot better than them (albeit still not good!), which means when we team up we get set against much better players and they struggle to enjoy getting walloped every game!

What I'd like to do is have a second copy of RL, which I only play when I'm playing with them, so we kind of average out of abilities, and all have a similar rank, since we'll have the same W:L record.

I just installed it on Epic hoping that would achieve this (I had it on Steam already) - but it's immediately recognised my main account and logged in to that.

Is there any way of achieving my aim?

(Before they re-set the competitive options, we had a way that worked within a single game - as I only solo queued when playing without them, and only team queued when playing with them.)
 
On a side note, I'm high diamond/low champ - or slightly higher in snow day. Would be happy to play with others if anyone wants to. My name is the same as on here.

Edit: God knows how though. Can't dribble, average at aerials...

Couldnt u just make another epic account & level it as a new player? I'm guessing your epic was already linked to steam before you installed RL on epic
 
Just played a few rounds of this today, still unraked, I used to be high Platinum / Low Diamond depending.

My arial game always let me down, changing direction in the air I always struggle with.

I'm sure you're right. But I'm being dumb and struggling to think through how to even have another Epic account on the same computer.
 
tried this game again (i have it only on Epic)

and played a bit , got back to "2" then checked my garage and all my stuff has come back, i guess you get reset every season ?
lost all my names in my banner etc
im sure i was about level 60 something
