Yup i lost one, won one on all-star today you have to be a lot more careful - they actually make an effort to dribble it on goal rather than just keep hitting it straight! lol (makes for some intense games though).

I hope they get on top of the server issue - game is great but this could kill the player base if not sorted. I'll wait but was hoping to get on later if I have a chance. Only managed 6 online games so far...
 
We really should get a PSN player list up for this - I expect it to be my main MP game for quite a while. Post-destiny Im finding I have a significant backlog of SP games I really want to play.

Played a little of this last night and earlier. Only played the career so far, did the first few on rookie but switched the pro. I am enjoying it but still struggling to time the jumping right to hit the ball out the air.

When the servers are back on I would up for trying some online matches.
 
Is it possible to enter as a group into a normal match vs randoms as you can only enter as a group into a ranked match which is a pain as you have to exit at the end and find a new one each time so you can't have a rematch
 
Well, we played about 10 2v2 (random select) matches on Sat night. My team won the first 9, but on the 10th game we were 2-1 down and I was pushing the ball towards the goal as the clock ticked down - it was ON the goal line as the timer ran out! lol.
If that's what it takes to beat me...fair enough!

We then went online...and that went so horribly...By this time I was pretty drunk, and with 4 of us on split-screen it was already hard enough to see what I was doing! We got absolutely stuffed in every match because the other teams had 2 Ai each time - scoring about 90% of all their goals.
Without the Ai, we'd have won pretty much every game despite the 2 handicaps of alcohol and split-screen. Ah well, it was fun!

I wonder if OP can edit the post to include a list of people playing or something? I'll not be playing much of anything else in the coming weeks so eager to start playing more group games now as the Ai is just too easy to beat solo. 1v1 all-star I'm winning by 10+ goals each time. And I don't really enjoy playing online as a solo player as it's more fun 2v2 or 3v3

Had some insane games last night. We had to switch over the US-East servers since the EU ones were just horrific to play on. One game I managed a quad and we won 7-1, was on a win streak until we got annihilated 4 -1 by a really good team.

Then the servers all went down :( Hopefully they resolve the issues and get them nice and stable again!
 
Played this on weekend round a mates. 4 player split screen 2 vs 2. Was amazing. Best local mp game I've seen since the GameCube days (Super Monkey Ball etc).

We are considering doing online play soon as a team of 4. Will we be able to party up and take on other teams of 4 online? Much lag?
