Yes theres a configuration utility you can enter after POST and before Os. What board do you have? you might actually get much better performace from the onboard RAID as the Marvell 9128 is not exactly brilliant.

Hi thanks for replying,The board i have.

Asus P7H55-M/USB3,Has no raid as far as im aware.

Would the configuration utility show up with a button to press at the motherboard info screen once the raid card is installed?

never used a raid card before.

Ah fair enough. I think its CTRL-H, it should say at bootup.
