Recently upgraded my keyboard to a Logitech G15 which I am over the moon with, and was considering upgrading the mouse also... which is a bit of luck because today my Razer mouse decided to completely pack up. The lights are on, but I'm guessing the laser has gone because no amount of movement of said rodent will generate any movement of my pointer. Not a big deal, bit of a pain, but its lasted 18 months which is a pretty good run.

So, recommend me a gaming rodent. Will mainly be used in MMO's, there will be some FPS gaming in there too, with the occasional bout of RTS also. I was thinking of one of those Razer jobbies with the 15 programmable buttons... but then again I dont know if I'd even use that or it would be comforable.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

if you can make do with the custom buttons on the G15 (i know ther are loads)
you best shot is a MX518
the Razer Naga is the one with lots of buttons on the side but ive no idea if its actulaay a good mouse
 
Just invested in the MX518 myself, and its an extremely well designed and comfortable mouse. At £20 its a steal.

I don't think a mouse could ever have "enough" buttons to play an MMO fully without keyboard interaction, and I think maybe that too many buttons when playing an RTS would have more of an adverse effect than benefit.
