Rog b550-e gaming issues

I need some technical help please. I went out today came home and the pc wouldn't turn on, LEDs flickering and weird audio click sound coming from headphones.

Replaced PSU with old one, system now powers on but from what I googled it's not posting as it's showing code 00.

Cleared CMOS by taking battery out for few seconds.
Going to have a smoke then try 1 ram stick and no GPU. If that doesn't work is the mobo faulty ? Ps one of the led Rog lights never worked if that means anything

Fixed it, forgot about the CPU power top left , then I had got a 0d code and had to reseat the ram.

Mite be worth testing the memory with mem test.
