Zoo Tycoon 2 is better than the original. There are loads of expansion packs for it aswell (extinct animals, marine wildlife, etc.). Definately worth buying if you want to waste a few hours.

I think the idea is probably pretty much like oblivion..giving the riders plenty of time to see their impending drop.

I quite liked the steel coasters in RcT1, launch way too fast - uphill section suddenly ends - death.

Sure my local Morrisons has the second for about £3, may have to stop in by.

Same here was a big theme park fan back in the days of the Amiga. Where would one get this from now and does it play nice with vista 64?

What I liked about RCT2 is you could easily adjust the starting height of anything you build, eg. start stuff in the air... What I didn't like is you couldn't charge for both the entrance and rides at once like in RCT1 .

I think 3 was 1 step forward on the graphics front and 2 steps back on what made 1 and 2 so perfect.
