This is a bit of a long shot (and a bit cheeky), but does anyone here speak Romanian?

I am having a bit of trouble translating some small bits of text (about 3 sentences in total), and some of the freely available translation websites are no help!

Thanks in advance!

This is true!

Radiata – Fuziune prin absorbtie

Radiata – Inchiderea procedurii falimentului si radierea debitorului

Both are from the Romanian State Registry of Companies, but i have no idea what they mean! I can work out the other from the translation of these 2.

Right, so from what I gather this is about companies... and those look like company names. If they are companies I think you should check if they still exist because "Radiata" means erased and having that in front of them may not be a good thing? (no clue... haven't lived in Romania in ages)

The first company name:

Radiata – Fuziune prin absorbtie

translates directly to something like "Fusion through absorption", which in finacial terms refers to Mergers and Acquistions whereby one company acquires the other and absorbs it into itself.

The second company name:

Radiata – Inchiderea procedurii falimentului si radierea debitorului

translates to "the closure procedure of bankruptcy and the erasure of the debtor", which refers essentially to bankruptcy policies and getting rid of debtors and debt.

Hoped this helped you figure out your third line.

Do you speak any romanian at all or is this done through babelfish?
