Roof bars and fixings, halfords Vs Thule?

I notice roofbox.co.uk rate the Yakima bars very highly along with a Kamei box

I don't have Yakima bars but had a Yakima bike rack and now have Yakima tow rack for the bike.

Both outstanding.

I’ve had Yakima whispbars for a number of years. First on a 5 series saloon and now on a Touareg with a change of feet. Very good - I just leave them on.

Bought with a Hapro roofbox all from roofbox, as above great service and will use again if I need to.

A few positive comments about roofbox, good to find a decent company when the time comes to buy.
