Anyone remember this in MD's in the day. Obviously was not popular hence being dropped for flat Coke. Think they should bring it back.

Fortunately Sainsburys still stock Carters Root Beer. Love it :D

I remember trying it when I was younger and thinking it was horrible! That was quite a few years ago, might pick some up next time Im at le supermarket

I don't think I like it but I can't stop drinking it when in the USA.

Its odd but nice odd.

Root beer rocks.

When i was in Las Vegas a couple of years ago i drank so much of the stuff it was ridiculous, we get it from sainsbury's now and their bottled stuff is ok.

Very much an acquired taste though.

I can't stand Carters root beer, it just tastes like sweetener and not enough like root beer. Lucky for me there's a few places in China Town and the local Chinese supermarket that sell Mug and A&W in cans for 60p so I stock up every now and then :)

+1. that was some years ago IIRC. Last taste I had was on my last trip to the USA 18 months ago. Have to get some more. :D

Have you got the address for a place that sells Mug? i'd get some serious brownie points if i scored a pack for the mrs, ever since i dragged her out of the states she's been moaning about the lack of Mug.

I've resorted to hitting CyberCandy in covent garden where it's £1.20 a can so anywhere cheaper will be a godsend.
